Neil Goldsmith is a serial life science entrepreneur, who has founded and exited multiple ventures in UK, Scandinavia & Switzerland over 35+ years.
From 2004-2017 was founder and CEO of Evolva SA, a Swiss (Basel based) synthetic biology venture, taking it public in 2009.
Currently active in several synthetic biology and precision fermentation ventures in both healthcare and sustainability, and also Director of Strategy for Baselaunch, a five-year old Basel based life science incubator that has backed c. 22 therapeutic ventures that have in total raised >$600 million in equity financing. Neil has a degree in Zoology from Oxford.
