Dr Oliver Dovey is a molecular and cell biologist with more than 20 years’ experience in stem cell engineering and high-throughput forward and reverse genetic screening.
He obtained his PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Leicester (2010) and spent a combined 14 years at the Sanger Institute in various roles with mouse genetics (Alan Bradley, 2006), haematological cancer genetics (George Vassiliou, 2011) and subsequently as Head of Gene Editing (2017-2020).
